Photographing newborns can be such a rewarding experience. They are like little dolls you get to dress up and play with! Although they can be temperamental, (you never know what you are going to get) I always have fun being bossed around by my smallest clients! Since they change so fast within that first year, it is my goal to capture those special early moments while we still can.
I have been lucky to have a client as loyal as Summer and been given the chance to capture many moments for her family! I met Summer right after she got married. She wanted to get her husband the ultimate Valentines day gift, Boudoir photos! We immediately hit it off! After our session she sent me the sweetest note saying, “We have found a photographer for life”. After that I knew I would have many more shoots with her and I was right! That quickly followed with two different family sessions and brings us to today, to her second set of twins! Girl is going to have her hands full, with 13 year old twins and now newborn twins.
Hailey and Reese were a dream to photograph during our newborn session! Any newborn session can be a challenge, especially twins. The goal is to keep them asleep. But with twins, when one is usually asleep the other is usually awake and vice versa… I guess its Murphy’s law. Lucky for us, Reese and Hailey both slept most of our session!
