It couldn’t have been a more beautiful day for Christina and Kevin’s destination wedding to San Diego. The two and their closest friends and family members came out from Las Vegas and San Diego wedding at the Catamaran Resort and Spa! I was so pleased to take part in there intimate wedding ceremony. There was a lot of emotion in the air, as the wedding day fell on a special date for Christina’s “second parents”, one who just recently passed and her father being very ill. Unfortunately, Christina’s dad passed away a few days after the ceremony and I am glad I was able to capture some shots of him smiling at his little girl! He held on long enough to walk his daughter down the isle at her wedding, which I am sure means the world to Christina! My heart is crushed for Christina and Kevin and their whole family. As a photographer it is a huge honor to think that a photo I take may be one of the last of someone, I am glad I was able to capture those moments for them.
